If you happened to be watching the skies back in the '90s at just the right time you may well be one of the few who were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of something unusual. This would have been the world's only flying Ford Anglia, coincidentally this event started the new anorak obsession of Anglia spotting...probably. It also turns out that someone finally managed to get some oomph out of an Anglia, all you need is a wand and years of magical training.

The Anglia in question was a light blue 105E Deluxe, built through most of the '60s at Dagenham. This particular model was a little more than that however. The changes began when Arthur Weasley got hold of it and, unbeknownst to his wife, began tinkering with it. Tinkering took on a whole new meaning for this situation though given that Mr. Weasley is a wizard.

He managed to enchant the little Anglia so that it was now capable of flight, invisibility and possessed a somewhat TARDIS-like quality, allowing it to carry ridiculous numbers of people, owls and amounts of baggage. The enchanted car spent most of its life in a shed but saw a little usage rescuing the famous Harry Potter from Privet Drive and not long after had a rough run-in with an angry tree.

Arthur's son, Ron, and Potter used the car to get to Hogwarts after being prevented from reaching platform 9 & 3/4 by an overly protective elf, the car managed to fall foul of the Whomping Willow. It then disposed of its occupants and disappeared into the Forbidden Forest, apparently having since been turned 'wild' by the forest.

So if you ever fancy an Anglia with some serious modifications this may be the car for you, you'll just have to find it first and then re-domesticate it, should be easy enough.
